its like Semi chibi, its very adorable and the anatomy looks great, i love how chubby her legs are o .. o her hair is very pretty and flowy, i love her outfit, and all the purple

In regard to vision, the thicker and stubbier arms, legs, and fingers give her the appearance of youth; only further increasing how adorable this piece is.
I've always loved the style of which your eyes are colored, and the overall color scheme matches well. The only details I can think to point out are the cheek and horn. The cheek is too pointed. Like her arms and legs, it needs to be short and chubby, too; that would be a youthful trait.
This may just be a technicality, but unicorn horns are on the forehead, usually. But perhaps that translates onto the top of the head, when designing a human unicorn. I wouldn't know, but you did do a good job with the hair and horn's relation to eachother; making it look natural.
It's an extremely cute piece. Overall, I love this.
I'll start with the positives.
The shading & coloring is very well done, I love the hair and eyes!
The anatomy is very good, too, I like the arms/hands the most!
Now for the things that should need fixing (which isn't much, really)
The cheeks are a bit.. pointed. Do I make sense? haha
I understand it's a chibi, but the cheeks should be a bit more round, not pointed.
The bottom part of the hair is very.. gap-ish? There's gaps between the hair, it works for some parts, but for some gaps you should maybe make it a bit less .. gap-ish xD (wah I can't think of my words!)
Overall, this is a well-done piece! Honestly this is one of my favourites from you. Keep up with the good work! ♥
