well it's definitely a chibi a cute chibi wearing a cute outfit who also has cute legs and arms oh and a cute face and smile but there is just one thing wrong with your chibi the neck is too small even for a chibi what do i know about chibis i'm just trying to help i will do a Google Search for chibis to learn more about chibis after i'm done here all right i hope my critique helps you damn 100 Word Minimum damn 100 Word Minimum damn 100 Word Minimum damn 100 Word Minimum all right enjoy
