I'm pretty proud of it. <3 I'd liked it even more if I would have drawn the clouds myself but that's still too hard for me. I did draw the rainbow myself though.

Anyway, these are Fluttershy and Rainbow dash drawn as humans. ( But with their wings ) I know Rainbow Dash is supposed to be more of a tomboy but I just like drawing frilly dresses. XD Lets just say she's wearing shorts under it.

First, the art is beautiful and amazing, but there are some things I want to point out,
First, let's talk bout fluttershy. Well her wings look pretty big and in the show, she's a weak flyer so I think it's weird for her to have bigger wings than rainbow dash. Nice dress btw.

Next, rainbow dash. Maybe her hair can be a little shorter and with darker colors to make it look more natural. I mean the colors.
Lastly, technique. You did a good job shading both of them and the rainbow and clouds are amazing. I luv it amai and do twilight and rarity!

Like always - I think you've done a wonderful job when it comes to coloring, the skirts in particular. However, I think when you color in the hair, maybe you could use a slightly darker color in between the darkest hair color and the lightest hair color to get a better transition and a more natural look to the hair.
One other thing is I think the proportions of the arms and legs are a little bit off... I believe the forearm of her left arm is a bit too long, and the left hand is a little too large. Her legs are a bit to thick. If you draw a line from her back, and around where her ...erm..rear end should be to the thigh, her thighs are a bit too thick.
When I've said her I've meant Fluttershy.
Other than that I can't really see any errors, you always have good flow to your lines when you create paintings and you color them in very well. Plus you come up with good outfits for the characters

Over all great job - you do capture the essence of the characters well in their human forms
