Blank Application for my new, Fairy Tail based RP group :

If you want to fill out this application please download the .psd file and customize it to fit it with the guild you want to join.
When you open the .psd file you'll notice there are a few hidden layers. They contain the seals of 4 other guilds. ( 2 legal ones and 2 dark ones )

In total you can choose from 5 different guilds : Fairy Tail, Lamina Scale, Blue Pegasus, Oracion Seis and Grimoire Heart

On the application self you have to fill out the name, age, race, type of magic, likes and dislikes of your characters. The little square is for a headshot of the character.

In the artists comments you have to give me information on :

- Their personality
- Short History
- Why they decided to join the guild

The image used for the background is a screenshot from the anime. I got the fairy tail logo and the different symbols of the gulids from google. I do not take credit for them.
